Question: What areas do you service for personal training and private boot camp?

Answer: I frequently service the cities of Orange, Tustin, Villa Park, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Anaheim Hills, Fullerton, and Placentia.  I do service other cities, many without additional fees, so call or email me to find out if I bring the gym to your area.

Question: What is different about your sessions than your competitors?

Answer: My sessions will speed up your metabolism through intense anaerobic activity like you have not experienced before.  I know the exercises and repetitions needed to target specific body areas and muscles to get you the body you have always desired.  Remember, I will create a custom fitness program for you to help you achieve your dream body.  I will bring a full gym to your house that will include a full set of dumbbells, exercise ball, barbell, and a bench.  You will have more equipment to work with so I can give you the workout you deserve and no one else can offer.

Question: How do you bring a full gym to a park near my home?

Answer: I have the most compact and latest technology to make it easy to bring a full gym to a park near you.  Try these fitness advances on your first session.  You will love the equipment you use while exercising.

Question: Hey, I am a woman and do not want to get all bulky.  I just want to be lean and toned.  How are you going to make that happen?

Answer: The genetics and hormones for men and women are different.  Women do not have to worry about getting bulky from doing my sessions.  The women you see on the internet who do get bulky are the ones who lift weights at all hours of the week, use steroids and hormone blocking drugs.  I am going to put you through personal training sessions or anaerobic camp sessions that will have you burning fat and building muscle, but that muscle will be the toned muscle you desire (Think of celebrities such as Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie, and Kristen Dunst.)  Depending on your starting level of fitness, it will vary on how long it takes to get you the results you desire.  I can help you get back into those low-rider jeans or even helping you sport a belly shirt or summer bikini.

Question: I really let myself go and I am afraid your program will be too difficult.  Do you have a program for me?

Answer: Of course.  Remember I will make custom personal training sessions just for you.  I will design a program to get you started so you can improve to get you achieving your goals as fast as possible.  As you improve, the workouts will gradually increase in difficult and you will get to a higher fitness level with every workout session.

Question: I have tried some many other exercise programs, gyms, trainers, TV products, diets, and diet pills with little to no success.  Why should I believe you can help me achieve constant fitness results?

Answer: Let me start by saying so many people go to the gym or personal trainer for years, yet they never look any different than when they started going.  That is because they are training the same way as everyone else.  I am going to show you when and how to train your body in a new way to get you to the highest levels of fitness you never thought you could achieve. You will lose fat and gain muslce at the same time. I understand that the actual workout is only part of the equation and your time in between workouts is just as important to maximize these workouts.  I personally invest in every person and have a genuine desire to help you achieve your goals.</p>

Question: I only want to drop a few pounds and feel I am in pretty good shape.  I want a challenging program and one that will help me drop those last few pounds in the stubborn areas of my body.  Can you help me?

Answer: That is great that you are close to achieving your desired body and I can help customize a program to get you to your goal.  My workouts are a challenge even for advanced fitness professionals and you will get the burn you need to lose those last few pounds or tone up.

Question: I have some weights at home and also a gym pass.  Why do I need personal training sessions?

Answer: I can help keep you motivated and give you the workouts that have been proven through nine years of testing.  I will keep you on track by customizing these workouts for you and by making sure you do the exercises right so you can avoid injury.  Your motivation is going to drop as you get bored with your standard routine and the same old machines.  Do not miss out on my guidance in your workouts to make sure you are getting the most out of every minute as I will take a deep interest in helping you achieve your goals.

Question: I have very little time to workout, so how am I going to get fit?

Answer: I believe intense workouts that get you in and on with your busy schedule are best.  With only a few hours a week, you would be surprised how my targeted training will help get your body into the shape you desire it.  Your body will need the rest of the time to recover so you do not want to over train your body.  Your body at one point needs to rebuild and replenish what you destroyed in the workout process (Building muscle breaks down fibers in the muscle and rebuilds the fibers stronger and thicker next time.  That is why muscles grow and get bigger).

Question: Money is tight right now and I need a fitness program that works and is within my budget.

Answer: I can help you since all of my personal training sessions and group exercise camps sessions are highly effective to get you results that you can measure.  I offer a variety of programs at various rates to fit your budget.

Question:  I do not have great genetics.  Can you help me overcome that problem?

Answer:  Few people have great genetics.  I personally have “skinny” genetics and I overcame those by developing a fitness program and sticking to it.  I have become muscular, energetic, and full of endurance.  I have helped skinny people become thick and muscular and I have helped larger people tone down to a weight they had not seen in years.  My personal training sessions will help you reach your goals.

Question: I have an old injury and a medical condition.  Can you help me reach my fitness goals?

Answer: As with any exercise program, you should consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program.  I will not force you to do anything, especially if the exercise hurts you, nor will I force you to do anything you do not want to do.  I have ten years in the fitness field and I have the experience to provide alternative exercises to help work around most injuries.  Remember, I am here to be your personal trainer and I can offer you a proven roadmap to help you reach your fitness goals.
